In my opinion, Mark is one of the most insightful and level headed people in the world of Social Media and Strategy. He doesn’t get wrapped up in fads for the sake of following the crowd, but instead artfully surveys and analyzes the digital landscape and breaks down the trends into easily understood concepts. This is what makes him such an effective blogger, author and educator: his knack for practical insight.
